Round Man Brewing and Smokehouse is a family-owned, multi-faceted organization built from the ground up by the Churchill family. With diverse backgrounds in a variety of industries, they have come together to create more than just kick-ass beer and food - they have created one hell of an experience. Since opening RMBC in 2018, the Churchill’s continue to deliver the best damn night of your life when you’re under their roof.

“We loved working with Round Man Brewing & Smokehouse & The Dock Coffee for our weekend In Wisconsin. We had a group of 45 people and they met our every need for all eight meals over the entire weekend. They were ‘felt’ but not seen. They were constantly thinking ahead and prepping for any needs as they came up. Last minute we had a few guests that needed dietary restrictions, and they were so accommodating and pivoted on the fly. The personal touch, above-and-beyond setup vibe, was beyond what we expected. They made it look so inviting and professional; they definitely went the extra mile! Not to mention the food was all a 10/10! We had no complaints, every employee was a blessing to work with, and we would give a 100%, enthusiastic recommendation to work with them!
